Zuko

Zuko is one of Taco’s kittens who has striking siamese markings. He was born in our house and grew up with his litter mates never knowing anything but love in a house full of animals. Adopted by a wonderful young local couple, they quickly involved him in every part of their lives. They taught him to ride in cars and walk on a leash and he’s now a constant companion.

Taco is possibly the most feral cat we’ve ever met. We could never get close to her at all and if we wanted to handle her kittens, it required welding gloves and tongs to be able to grab them safely without suffering her wrath. But it was worth it and we put in the time to make sure her kittens would always enjoy the company of humans. We were lucky to find Zuko’s family when he was still young and as soon as he weaned, they were ready for him.

From the get-go they introduced him to his new cat roomates slowly and they grew to love him just as much as his human family. His outgoing personality a focus on people made him the type of cat that loves going places as long as his people are there too. He rides in the car and goes to pumpkin patches like all cats should!

Zuko is a testament to the fact that no kitten is irredeemable, no matter how much their mom hates people. We work hard to ensure the kittens that come through our house are comfortable with people and pets and hope you can find your next best friend with one of our loveable fosters.

Zuko’s family also connected us with the future family of Flame. The two of them even participate in what are possibily the cutest Facetime calls ever. We love it when our kitten’s forever families stay in touch, especially with each other!
